Students at ITS Academy and design schools learn the tools. Rarely do they learn how work really works: how to collaborate with a development team, how to present a project to a difficult stakeholder, how to handle destructive feedback, how to work with real-time and budget constraints.

They are available for teaching modules in higher technical institutes, ITS Academy and design schools that train digital professionals. I bring to the classroom what's not in the manuals: real workflows, authentic mistakes on real projects, tools used in production.

The programme is built together with the educational coordinator on the basis of the objectives of the course and the level of the students. I don't carry a prefabricated program: I carry experience on SaaS, B2B, automotive, industrial IoT and consumer apps, and we build the path together.

Real projects with real constraints: limited budgets, tight deadlines, stakeholders with different opinions. Not success stories built to look perfect: cases where something went wrong and how it was handled.

Manufacturing equipment

Figma, user research tools, methods of Euristic evaluation. Not how to use the tool in the tutorial, but how to use it in a project with clients and developers waiting for the file.

Suitable if

The goal is not to cover a program. And that students come out with a concrete understanding of what it means to work on a digital product in a real business context. A theory is only useful when it's anchored to real cases.

How it works

Initial contact

Write down a description of the course, the level of students, the number of hours available and the educational objectives. I'll respond within 24 hours to see if it's a meaningful collaboration.

Call the coordinator

A call with the head teacher to define the modules, the calendar is the expectations. At this stage, the format is also decided: frontal lessons, practical workshops or a mix of both.

Definition of the programme

The program is written together based on what emerges from the call. It is not a fixed document: it is reviewed if needs change during the semester.

Teaching

Classes are held in person or online, depending on location and arrangement. The material shall be prepared in advance and shared with the coordinator before each session.

FAQs
How many hours are available per semester?
It depends on the curriculum and my availability at that time. I define it in the initial call. I don't have a fixed number. I rate each collaboration on the basis of schedule and schedule.
Do you work only in the Northeast or elsewhere?
For the teaching staff, availability is mainly in north-eastern Italy (Verona, Padua, Venice, Trento). For institutions outside this area, teaching can be held online by arrangement.
Can you prepare the teaching material from scratch?
- Yes, I did. If the course doesn't have structured material yet, I'll work with the coordinator to build it. If the material already exists, integrate it or accompany it with practical content based on real cases.
And is it possible to have continuous collaboration over many years?
- Yes, I did. If the collaboration works, I'm willing to renew it for subsequent semesters with an updated program. I prefer continuing relationships to isolated individual interventions.
