What ?'It's the Enterprise UX Workshop: How It's Structured

Every time a developer interprets design their own way, every time a product manager makes a decision without understanding the impact on the user, every time marketing writes a copy that doesn't fit the interface, you're paying the cost of a team that doesn't reason with the same logic.

A day of practical training for your team: developers, product managers, marketers, founders. Not an academic course with slides and theory. Real cases, exercises built on the real problems of your company, tools that apply from day one.

I'm going to show you in the classroom what you really do in companies that make digital products that work. I've held team workshops of 3 to 12 people in B2B, startup and large corporate contexts. The format shall be calibrated each time to the specific level and objectives of the group.

UX Workshop: structure of the day, practical exercises, materials included

Morning: foundations

Like a user would think. How to identify the friction points. How to evaluate an unbiased interface. Practical exercises on your product with analytics tools that can be used right away, without dedicated software.

Afternoon: application

Workshop on a real problem with your product. The team works in groups, proposes solutions, presents them. Structured feedback on each proposal. You come up with at least one concrete hypothesis to test within a week.

Included materials

Analysis templates, prioritisation frameworks and UX review checklists. All editable, so the team can use them independently from the next day.

Workshop UX: ideal profile of the customer

The day does not follow a fixed schedule. It is designed based on the characteristics of your product and team. The starting point is always a real problem the team is dealing with, not a generic case study.

✓Your team makes product decisions without a shared logic based on the user.
✓You're growing fast, and you want all new members to reason on the same basis.
✓You've noticed that design and development interpret requirements differently sprint after sprint.
✓You want the team to be able to independently evaluate UX decisions without relying on a dedicated figure.
✗Not suitable for: one-person teams, those seeking abstract theoretical training without application to their own product, groups with heterogeneous objectives that do not work on the same product.

How Workshop Business UX works: process and steps

·

Preliminary brief

Before the day: a 30-minute call with the business reference to understand the team's level, the concrete problems to be addressed, and expectations about the outcome. The program is built on this foundation.

·

Day in-house or online

The workshop will be held in person at your premises (preferably for the practical part) or online via Zoom or Meet. Duration: 6-7 hours with lunch break. Maximum 12 participants to maintain quality in the practice phase.

·

Materials and follow-up

After the day, the materials are delivered in digital format. If any questions arise in the next few days, I'll reply by email for the first two weeks.

FAQ Business UX workshop: Frequently asked questions

Can you even do half a day?
Yes, and there's a three-hour format focused on a single topic. See the UX Crash Course. The complete Workshop covers an entire day to ensure both theoretical and practical implementation.
How many people can participate?
The maximum is 12 people to maintain the quality of the practical exercises. Under five people, the format becomes more like a workshop than a work session: this also works, but we calibrate it differently.
Can it be done in English?
- Yes, I did. For teams with international members, the workshop can be held entirely in English.
Do you work with specific industries?
I have direct experience in B2B SaaS, automotive, fleet management, industrial IoT and consumer apps. The workshop works best when the product is a software or a digital service. I don't work with physical retail or manufacturing without a digital component.
