Weekly review of design decisions before they go into development. I identify the choices that generate technical debt or inconsistency, I propose viable alternatives in sprinting.

Participation in product planning meetings. I have a user-centred perspective on roadmap decisions. I'm not replacing the product manager: I'm supporting him on decisions that have impacted experience.
Development of the internal team
Feedback directly to the team's designers. Not theoretical training: work on real files, real problems. The team improves as the product progresses.

Monthly recurring sprint
Monthly: weekly reviews, availability on Slack for urgent questions, participation in key meetings. The level of engagement and calibration to the needs of the team.
Monthly review
End of each month: review of results, adjustment of priorities for the following month. The contract is renewable monthly without long-term obligations.
Gradual release
When the team has reached the required maturity or found an internal figure, I run a structured outlet with documentation of decisions made and knowledge transfer.
