What ?'and Zero-to-One Prototype: Deliverable
You have a product idea. You have to show it to investors, partners or potential clients, but you haven't built anything yet. Hiring a development team at this stage means spending months and tens of thousands of euros on something you haven't yet validated with anyone.
I'm building an interactive prototype that looks and behaves like the real app: navigable, testable with real users, convincing in a demo. Without writing a line of code. The feedback you get before development is worth ten times what you get afterwards.
I designed prototypes for SaaS, B2B, automotive marketplaces, consumer apps and industrial platforms. I know how to build something that looks real enough to pick up useful signals, and fast enough not to waste your competitive edge.
What the Zero-to-One prototype includes: flows, interactions, user testing
The following is the list of items used:Map of core flows
Before you draw a pixel, map the main product flows: onboarding, main action, empty state, error case. Everything a user needs to be able to do to validate the hypothesis.
Interactive prototype
Figma or Framer with real interactions: tap, scroll, form, navigation. It's not a static slide. A prototype that a user can explore without instructions, and that you can deliver remotely for remote testing.
Validation reports
Test sessions with 3-5 target users. I see where they get stuck, what they misunderstand, what works. I deliver a report with emerging patterns and iteration priorities before development.
Zero-to-One Prototype: ideal profile of the customer
Suitable ifThe prototype works when it generates decisions: confirms or denies hypotheses before they become expensive. I don't build it to look good on a slide, I build it to collect real data.
How the Zero-to-One Prototype works: process and steps
How it worksBrief and mapping
I'm going to define the objectives of the prototype with you: what it needs to validate, who the target users are, what decisions it needs to unlock. No pixels until it's clear what we're measuring.
Flow and wireframes
Map of main streams in low definition. I identify critical points where the user may abandon or misunderstand. Feedback before investing in visual.
High-defined prototype
Complete visual design with real interactions. The prototype reflects the tone of the brand, it's not a generic UI kit. Delivery of the navigation link for tests and presentations.
Tests and reports
Sessions with real users, direct observation, pattern analysis. Written report with findings and iteration priority delivered within 48 hours of the sessions.
